Amateur Radio As A Public Service – Much More Than A Hobby

MARC Historian Art Bleicher WB9CHR will be presenting “Amateur Radio As A Public Service – Much More Than A Hobby” in the Community Room of the White River Branch Library. This will be an amateur radio general awareness talk on various topics. Other MARC members will be on hand with equipment to demonstrate various communication capabilities.

And, while you visit the White River Branch of the Johnson County Public Library, check out the MARC display about Amateur Radio. The display is located just inside the front door of the library throughout the month of July.
